Dwayne was the first pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he started in 2007. He is also director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. He is passionate about educating the next generation of Biblical counselors. He sits on the director's board of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online articles and is also a contributor to Christ-centered biblical counseling changing lives by embracing the eternal truth of God (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne as well as his wife Leslie and their three kids.
